Ok me and my boyfriend live in College Station, TX..home of Texas A&M University. As you can picture, questioning for an apartment is HELL here, especially since conservatory is starting again so soon. My boyfriend have be wanting a one bedroom apartment so that me and him can own some alone time together..but he have be powerless to find an available one. I've see alot of inhabitants trying to sublease two bedroom apartments. For example, someone have a two bedroom apartment and the rent is $774. Does this niggardly that my boyfriend can own both rooms and be alone in attendance for one and only $774, or would he enjoy to repay double since not a soul else would be living in the other room? Are population even allowed to live surrounded by two bedroom apartments alone in need ever planning on getting a roommate??
