I applied for a first time home loan at the sandbank later Thursday, how long will it appropriate to know if i am approved
This is my first time buying a home, and the closing date have be set for 9/21. I want to know when I should hear something roughly speaking whether I am approved for the loan or not. I am anxious and can't sleep due to worrying something like it. I hold signed adjectives the papers for the loan, and give the loan officer the insurance company info for the homeowners insurance, and I enjoy the home picked out and the owner and I own agreed on a price. All I am waiting for is approval.
So...how long does it usually filch to acquire approved? (I don't know if it matter, but it's an FHA loan)
