Timeshare owners wanting to trade it?

I am the owner of a timeshare that I hold be trying to market. I am planning on not paying my mtce. fees and taxes. I know that I will probably receive a communiqu¨¦ from a collection agency. What happen after that if I do not acknowledge the collection note. Will the owners of the timeshare rob it vertebrae? Interested if anyone know the answer. thanks

If so, contact the property organization company / owner of the timeshare to see if they will adopt a action within lieu of foreclosure (or only just a plain achievement <--try this first).
