It depends upon where on earth you live. Some market are begining to restore your health, others are not. If a home keep depreciating after you purchase, consequently you are loosing money and could enjoy gotten a better concord if you have wait to buy.
Additionally, if you one and only plan to live contained by the house for a couple of years, after you should rent, not own. Closing costs can cost thousands of dollars and to the price of a home, and you will not trade name that money up through appreciation within a moment.
Some market are starting to turn around. Most are still falling. Foreclosures are increasing in most market. Without knowing your souk, I can't inform you what you should do.
