What are the best online forums for genuine estate?

Answers:
AddQA.com. Are nearby any others as polite?
http://www.realtors.com is THE best. Any other site is geared to show comparisons near the houses THAT company have on the flea market. Many never appear here. Go to the one I mentioned, and perfect luck.
Localism is an online community developed specifically for authentic estate - and it is associated to Active Rain which is a site for material estate professionals including: REALTORS(R), Loan Officers, Title Closers, Stagers, Inspectors, and other related concrete estate professionals. You can viewpoint properties, ask question, call on blogs, build comments, look up the point rack up for a professional, and research a community adjectives online. These sites do not favor any one company or any REALTOR(R), but they do dispense you lots of honourable, PROFESSIONAL information and warning (unlike Yahoo forums where on earth anybody can bequeath advice).

For home listings you can also jump to: http://www.realtor.com
Or check out my website: http://www.househuntinghound.com...
My website includes adjectives of the listings available - not simply my own.

Check them out and honourable luck!

In the interest of full disclosure, I am a extremity of ActiveRain and a REALTOR(R) licensed in Minnesota.

Happy House Hunting!
My favorite forums are
-AddQA.com (stating the noticeable!)
-zillow discussions
-craigslist

Zillow have some pretty virtuous stuff along near craigslist - you would enjoy to register a craigslist side to assist - but they hold great stuff on zillow. Zillow doesn't allow any "spamming" or self promotion which is angelic.

Good Luck!
