Rental property and building super's present?
I get a TRUE estate broker to rent my property out beside a half-fee. Later I hear from my building supervisor that he can rent out the property if I wages him some commission. Now, if I rent the property through the building super, do I want to income commission to the broker? I do not enjoy any written contract near the broker but I still want to know what would be the "right" item to do.
