Moving to Bournemouth subsequent year and hoping to receive a first floor flat + garden , but me and my partner are buying a masculine puppie formerly we move would I know how to find a property as most dont read out whether they'll enjoy pets or not and how jammy will the properties be to be find will I own to put a high deposit or brand name a contract near the landlors more or less the puppie eg if ihe chews the mat we replace it etc, also is in that a site that you can type within pacific rental wants , (ive used right move so far and tryed some Bournemouth estate agents)? And no I'm not not buying the puppie in the past we move as at hand is no breeders down South for the dog we want, thankyou for your comments x

I rented out properties for over 30 years in Edinburgh and St Andrews, and would not hold touched tenant beside animals. You may be lucky within Bournemouth but within common you own a BIG problem. There are other troubles near harm, smells, neighbours, etc etc. Fellow landlords who hold made an exception hold other, surrounded by my experience, regretted it. Its a tough adequate infirm trade anyway lacking such an observable source of friction.
If you want animals afterwards buy your own home for it to ruin.Sorry,but if you are discussion give or take a few renting a flat later you should'nt be even thinking of have a dog!
