We are thinking of buying our first home and this notion only popped surrounded by my principal today after I see this property for public sale...
So we really be considering building vs. buying an exsisting home b/c we're have a frozen time finding anything worthwhile that have at least possible 5-10 acres beside it (that's not overpriced garbage). Well, I found this 5 acre property that have a outdated, but still lived within trailer on it. also included is a 2 sports car garage (which we will requirement, cuz yeah, we hold alot of "toys". So anyways, this property is lone priced right immediately at $49,000, which is almost what alot of the 5 acre parcels are already priced at. We could prolly find it for even smaller quantity, since houses are not selling in good health around here.
ok, so to wrap this up, we would enjoy our ably and septic already, some park and a garage and a modular home company have a model house on clearance that we LOVE. So to me this seem resembling a great investment and we would hold efficacy surrounded by something right away.
