Eviction issue?

for noncomplaince, I own not be a problem tenant but apartment representative does not similar to babysitter who is here everyday.I enjoy lived here for over 2 years, and it is just about time to renew lease and I am self told I own to take off or draw from or put my child within daycare. I reward rent prompt and explicitly not an issue. Will an eviction approaching this show up on a credit report.

You are not technically getting evicted, she is freshly not allowing you to renew your lease unless you put your kids in daycare. She can't put anything on your report unless you are served an strict eviction memo, and are forced to move out without hesitation due to violate a lease agreement. maybe u should look into this. maybe in that is a problem w/ the sitter or kids u dont know roughly speaking. have he said why he doesnt similar to the sitter, is it cuz she dont keep under surveillance the kids and they procure into trouble? find out if near is a basis or if he merely made up something to achieve you out. goodluck.
