a realtor if you're working beside a realtor.

the builder have one also.they are not indistinguishable type though.
builder's copy is close to 20pages...a realtors close to 4-5 page.
even if you are working beside a Realtor, most builders enjoy their own purchase contracts. Once you sign a purchase contract they provide to you, your attorney will review your contract.
The builder from which you are purchasing, unless you own an agent representing you.

Regardless though, if the builder requires a contract signed on their paperwork, afterwards you stipulation to do it.
