You don't speak what country you're surrounded by...but surrounded by the USA, I would start by contacting the Veteran's Administration, FNMA, city and county due assessors and bank, since they are the through backer of mortgages or collectors of property taxes and hold list of foreclosures. Lenders don't want to OWN tangible estate, they simply want the interest $$$ that they create on loans, so they want to market non-paying houses as without delay as possible. While I one-sidedly hold not looked intensely boomingly into this type of unadulterated estate hum, it is my consideration that the individual who default on a loan have one year to retribution any hindmost taxes, interest, principal ("arrears), etc. and reclaim the property; if that happen, they hold to pay envelope you some sound amount of money, but it sounds too 'iffy' which is why I am not interested in tying up money or my dreams in such venture. Hope this get you started. Post your results after that?
there's no free here world.
The with the sole purpose free sites are the ones run by HUD and the VA. Anything else is going to cost you unless you want to track down every country website in the country. Even that won't make available you what you want as not every country have those listings on procession.
