Can I market slice of my house?
Our house have three flours.
The first and second floor is adjectives we use and thats the major section of the house.
The ground floor is a self contained flat beside a kitchen, bathroom, living and bedroom.
Can we get rid of one floor of our house (ie the flat) and how much would we bring back? We live contained by Bangor within Northern Ireland, County Down.
Thanks :)

you might know how to rent it
no you cant supply factor of your house im afraid. its registered as one building and cannot split it into 2
You can RENT a sector of your house. I'm not sure if you can SELL it. And I'm not sure how much it would cost.
In the US you can , condo's , apartments ,I don't see why you couldn't in attendance
Sell it? You could. But you didn't read out if your floors enjoy an entry/exit nouns. If I bought that ground floor and you didn't enjoy such an entry/exit, I'd right to be heard you'd be trespassing, wouldn't you read aloud?
no, you cant get rid of member of your hose but you can rent it to someone.
first I dont expect you can achieve a customer, second it doesn't spawn sense if u go the ground floor and live the first floor. You better rent so that you can go and get income every month.
You can..you will go it leasehold and you will also be a leasehold of the property.
Will be better if you sold up and bought a smaller place
The answer to your interview is yes but first you own to apply to the council for planning concurrence to move of use to flats not one house. This also requires building regulation approval and enduring safekeeping regulations within place (fireproof flooring, doors etc).you also would enjoy to put surrounded by seperate entrances for both flats beside fire escape for your own. This could be expensive and if you are basically thinking of earn a bit more money, you could filch others guidance and rent it out. However, you will still own to consider the fire regs as described above.May be cheaper and better to stay as you are or move to a smaller place.
