So i was wondering if someone could explain how to catch those houses for no money down on foreclosures and actually form my money back contained by one year.Or what ever people tell about which applies to this.I enjoy even heard you simply but up 5 - 10 thousand and you can achieve something.These are things i've heard, i doubt them at times,but they may be true.If they are i own that much how would i get the house.If anyone help know you just changed a individual life.Im still surrounded by college but this could make alot easier.


Answers:    physical estate is a gamble right immediately, something that sounds too good to be true usually is. remember, when buying a house for little or zilch down, you are mortgaging more, so the interest you will be paying if the house does not sell breakneck will be more. my best advise is to not look into authentic estate as an investment now unless you plan to live within the house or have mony to spare
