OK..so open market isnt great to deal in. So how is the easiest mode to lease my house... what should i look for?

My husband and I want to vend our place but are not getting any bites!! So we are thinking of leasing it. What should we look out for? We will want to buy a second house what are things that will minister to us do that easier while have our first house lease? I inevitability foremost give support to...I own never done this formerly.
