Any accepted wisdom where on earth I can get hold of information?
I am looking for information roughly projected growth surrounded by a subdivision where on earth I am considering purchasing a house. I own talk to 4 realtors and recieved 4 different answers. Any planning of where on earth to look? Thanks within mortgage.

Apparently not from a Realtor...lol bar that I don't know where on earth to look.
Projected growth? If the subdivision have 30 lots, couldn't you assume that you would hold 30 family living near? Ok, break it down, 2 adults and 1.5 children per ethnic group equals 105 citizens. If the subdivision is located contained by a relatively foreign nouns of town, you could also expect strange businesses etc. You could receive some information from the city more or less that gentle of point. If near be a place to find that information, later you would not enjoy receive four different answers from the agents. I've never be competent to find accurate information similar to that, although I've have plenty of agents, developers, appraisers, and surveyors bring up to date my clients that respectively of them know what be going to surface. No one ever get it right.
