Mortgage and Splitting up?

I bought a flat near my boyfriends a year ago, and I want to split up near him, I dont know how this is possible though as I cant afford to move out and neither can he - infact he wouldnt walk out anyway.
we nearly split almost 4 months ago buy i go stern as I have no route, We can't deal in the flat however, ( apparently u haver to hang about a few years or something??) and even if I could flog the flat he wouldnt agree to it, he told me final time he wouldnt permit me flog it and would create it strong for me
Do I own any option? or doI own to only just stay within the relationship

You can rent it out. The 2 yrs cross-examine is it related to Capital Gains? I know in the US, the 2 year term reduce the export tax rate.
you do not own to stay surrounded by the relationship as it is.you can vend the property at any time by going to court to force your boyfriend to supply or buy you out. as for the due consequences the rule is(for a excise free sale)that you must own the property for two years back selling.but remember that you individual repay the charge on your share of the profit,and beside the short time you enjoy owned the property and the insufficiency of equity your profit should be low.and the taxes would not be to impossible.
As for the b/f... what a tool. You can really walk off the realtionship.
If he's not ready to get rid of, is he liable or competent to buy you out of the house? but for, this is tangible simple. Go win an attorney. This guy is a legitimate idiot. Make sure the mortgage is up to date, even if you hold to take-home pay the together piece yourself purely to keep hold of it current and maintain your credit solid and consequently sue this guy for adjectives the payments you've made and to market it.
