Should my hotelier enjoy to fix these things?
OK i basically moved into my first apartment and enjoy a few problems and would similar to to know if my proprietor is responsible to fix them. First past its sell-by date, the cable hookup is missing in my room and its supposed to be in that. The jack is still contained by the wall but in attendance is no line contained by it. Second, the door knob doesn't latch when I close my bedroom door. The door stays closed, but someone could basically push it undo if they needed to. I regard the door have to be rehung. Should my tenant own to fix these things? Thanks

my husban work beside home owner and house -lord ; yes the lond lord supose to fix the door ; if he have to put up a tentative door ably he get to do that. and something like the plug for th cable and the hook=up that you get to do ; call upon your local cable company and notify them the problem, they will set up a n appointment;and will give somebody a lift guardianship stale it. and this happing because the final party that be living here didn't income they cable bills and the cable company cut it past its sell-by date. worthy luck. be bless!
