Has anyone ever used "staging" to deal in a house?
My father passed away within January and my mother come to live next to me and my kith and kin. I am immediately surrounded by the process of getting her house in place to vend. I enjoy redo the hardwood floors, repainted the inside and outside of the house, re-roofed the entire house among plentiful other fixer upper things to detail beforehand we put it on the bazaar. I held an Estate Sale 2 months ago to whittle down the things she would no longer requirement and very soon the house is stripped.
