What is the best place to puff an apartment?

I want to sublease my apartment, and I've posted (with pictures) on craigslist, www.roommates.com, and some local sites. I am not really getting a response. What are the best strategies for public relations the place? Online, or should I post fliers everywhere??

Also, is it better to present a great deal of details contained by an announcement, or smaller quantity details so you dont startle anyone stale?

If you are not getting any responses it probably process your price is too large. Have you looked at the other ad on Craigslist to see where on earth you are relative to similar apartments? I deliberate some nation are leery of subleasing. If the remaining lease occupancy is too short or if you are renting a furnished apartment, you are potential to enjoy a reduced amount of prospects.
In Chicago, a free weekly weekly call "The Reader" used to be THE place for media hype surrounded by much of the city. Craigslist seem to own taken over as the first place anyone beside Internet access will look for an apartment. You can try a local tabloid, and post signs within the neighborhood where on earth allowed. Local colleges might be another possibility.
You want to inventory positives: location, clean appliances and finishes, obedient table lamp, pets allowed, etc. If you enjoy flattering pictures, post them too. If you don't want to inventory the address on Craigslist, at least possible put the nearest intersection. If I see an advert in need a specific location, I assume its nowhere I want to live.
Sign on street corner in close proximity your apt. People looking to rent/buy cruise around looking for these signs.
