We enjoy reserved a unmarked build home and must get rid of our present home. The builder have given us two months to do so. We're almost a month into it and still no proffer. The salesperson told me that they might extend the two month entity though. She said they own done it back, surrounded by thirty year incements. I've notice that none of the exotic homes hold sold since we reserved ours (by looking at their website). So that make me contemplate that we're ok even if we don't put up for sale contained by two months. Do you suggest they'll extend it so we'll buy one of their houses? the builder is Pardee homes.
