My partner and I are looking to move. We currentley rent a 3 bed semi through a friend of a friend. This have turned out to be a nightmare, hence wanting to move.
Rent have be salaried every month on the dot and proprietor have have no problems near us, although does not want to furnish us a insinuation.
On top of this our credit history is not excellent, although the debts be feeble they stay on your report for 6 years.
My parents are of a mind to conduct yourself as gaurntours for us, my partner have a suggestion from his accountant as he is self employed and i hold a ridge mention and employer insinuation.
What do you judge our probability are?

Good if you've get reference. I cant get why proprietor doesn't want to confer citation. I'd be more than prepared to do that if I have a moral tenant. Everyone moves on eventually, so he shouldn't be beside holding a ref. out of spite. Good luck. Hope things dance ok.
