I bought it several years ago to allow me to vend my own home. I save the 7% commission, but it be a LOT of work.
STAY AWAY FROM THAT... He made some money in authentic estate...but assume roughly speaking this...How have he sort his $$ for the concluding 20+ years? Infomercials and selling his "system". While some of the deep-seated facts are in attendance...you can compile them on your own. I would consider the foreclosure souk...rent the unit for a year (maybe three) and next resell them after the marketplace resets.
If you do the math on the money he have made you would realise that he made it ALL by selling his program and NOT through real estate sale.
Isn't that funny! They in fact state it plain as afternoon surrounded by adjectives their public relations.
He is noticeably making more selling his program than he is at concrete estate. I second the previous poster within truism that you should look at foreclosure homes; you can devise your own valid estate system afterwards.
Good luck!
