Have a current lease near my manager, which does not expire until April 30, 2008 and gain subsidised housing assistance, so the lease is also near the housing agency. Now adjectives of a sudden the tenant requirements me to sign another lease between he and I and charge me another $100.00 per month. minus housing knowing, he said it would be a lease between he and I. I do NOT want to jeaporidise my housing assistance. Please give support to? What are my permissible rights and what should I do? Your assist and counsel is greatly apreciated.
