when I showed my tax guy he put it on some sort of increase of appeal, rather writing it bad as repairs, he didnt even ask what the repairs were he simply took it upon himself to do some form over 27 years and only $250 would be applied respectively year. I then explained to him I have to rebuild a balustrade, paint the inside of the house when the tenants moved out, alot of repairs stuff in the front, the register goes on. Why would he own applied it over 27yrs instead of a direct tax write bad.
