I hold an downstairs apt (partly underground), a 3 story building. The gutter right above my square is blocked and next to adjectives the rainfall we've be have, its flooding my porch. It have come into my living room, soaking the runner, beneath my big eyeshade, couch, and finish off table. I call my apt complex and they brought me a supporter to blow on the runner.
