About a week and a partly ago, my roommate said he be moving out at the downfall of the month. We are contained by the 4th month of a 9 month lease. As not to draw from stuck holding onto the rest of our lease, I told him I would move out at alike time. Since afterwards, I hold crumpled up a trial application for an apartment and am equipped to move out.

The lone problem is..my roommate have gone M.I.A. on closing out our lease. Whether its work related or not, he conveniently keep coming in after the department is closed. I'm not sure if hes suddenly get cold foot or thought me looking for an apartment be some characteristics of bluff. But until he signs beside me, I can't move into my bright apartment. And since we enjoy to rate a 1-month cost the moment we sign..I'm freshly ingestion up money waiting for him.

How should I shift more or less handling this? Any common warning, lawful ways to gain me out of the lease, etc. would be most appreciated.
