Has anyone bought and signed up beside the johnbeck free and clear realestate program and if so, how much time and money did you convey, and enjoy you made any money next to the program?

During that 13 months you do not own the property and thus cannot enter it, or you will be tress endorsement. If the property is redeem, the owner must wage you 10% interest. If it is not, consequently you must "undisturbed title" surrounded by instruct to next own it.
Most properties (90%) sold at charge sale are untenanted lands and are not the pretty houses you see on TV. The process is like mad of work and take like mad of time, but if you can find a 73K house for $500 bucks.its worth it.
