plus months ago we saw surveyors & asked if he be selling but he said it be a property dispute. also he would never bequeath us a lease or receipts but utility documentation show us (a) that address. he would not tolerate me put up "beware of dog" sign & my dog get into a conflict w/another dog within my patio. plus he never fixed outside nitelites. our bathroom w/board over windows-was in his patio where on earth he works where on earth we have no access but could hear him on phone (a) lots of other unusual stuff.supposedly the no lease piece is decriminalized so would he know how to hold the cops put us out quicker?
