Do homeowners own any recourse 3 years into a purchase if their home inspection did not disclose problems?

Answers:
You would enjoy to know how to prove that the street trader know more or less the problem.

Most home inspectors enjoy a disclaimer on their inspection limiting their liability to the cost of the inspection.

Of course, 3 years is pretty a long time. Many times problems arise due to common aging or wear & hole.
I doubt it, that's a long time. Who's to articulate you didn't do something to the house or that it wasn't wear and cleave?
