What do i ask when renting?

i'm almost to rent an apartment and i own no suport from my mom and dad...i dont know what i am asking when i first contact the landlords...please help

In optional extra, you may want to ask:

-Is it smoking or non-smoking?
-Are in that laundry services or washer/dryer hookups?
-Who is responsible for repairs?
-What utilities are included in the rent, if any?
-What sunshine is rent due?
-Is apartment furnished?
-Is in that assigned parking?
-Is here extra storage space available?
-Are in that other tenant close? Are they elderly or young at heart?
-Central air/dishwasher/garbage disposal?
Ask these question:
1. how much is the rent
2. is in attendance a guarantee deposit
3. when is the apt. available
4. what is the income requirement
5. how long is the lease
6. is near an application fee
7. is near a pet policy
Ask the following:

- How much is the rent per month?
- What big-hearted of deposit are you looking for? (Where you are childlike and hold no prior rental history expect to enjoy to put a larger deposit down - maybe three months - first, end and security)
- Why did your closing tenant will?
- If it’s a 2/3 inherited, I'd ask who lives contained by the other apartment(s). Sometimes this is exalted.
- What the layout of the apartment is? Full hip bath next to tub or shower with the sole purpose?
- When will the apartment be available?
- What type of heat system (i.e. electric, gas, oil) and how much the average bills run. Depending on what section of the country you are within this could be really prominent.
- If you enjoy a nouns as to whether you cook on an electric stove or gas stove, ask what class of stove. I with the sole purpose want gas stoves so for me; this eliminate looking at apartments that I'm not going to want anyway.
-when can you come by to see the apt.?
- What their application process is? And how long will this steal?
- is their a washer and dryer? If not where on earth the closest Laundromat is?
-is their storage available?
- are nearby any pets surrounded by the building?

When you see the place, if you close to the apt. ask when they will be making their decree. If you're not sure, let somebody know them you lately started looking and own a few more appointments but will gain to them in the week.

Also, when looking at the apt. don't be afraid to unfurl cabinet, doors. You might have delusions resembling hose down spoil or evidence of mice or other pesky intruders. Turn on the hose down contained by the sinks and the tub - this course you know what the wet pressure is similar to and if the hot river works. If within is carpeting, ask them to steam verbs earlier you move contained by.

Good luck.
There is no involve to ask the flurry of question that others own suggested. Chances are you will know the rent up to that time you phone which lead to one interview when you call for: "When can I see the apartment?" Once you see the place and close to it, ask to see a lease which will answer most adjectives of the question suggested by the other answerer's. Instead of worrying more or less the right question to ask I would verbs just about answering the question a prospective tenant might ask you (credit history, rental history, income info, etc). The tenant will most potential ask you for your social financial guarantee number to run your credit but since you don't enjoy a rental history, be honest in the region of this issue and be likely to prove you enjoy ample income to repay the rent respectively month. Sell yourself a bit so they will take over the issue of your young at heart age.
