Recover lost rent from tenant that run sour?

I have this unpardonable tenant contained by my house. I trusted her, but things go sour going on for 3 years contained by, and she stopped paying my rent on the dot. She come up beside puny excuses. I have to filch her to court, but the process took 6 months. Just up to that time the bailiffs be going to remove her, she departed. I don't know where on earth she have gone, she have trashed the place up. She owes 3 impressive of rent. I don't hold her payment deposit because she come up next to some sob story something like her daughter anyone abused and how she needed money. Franly I surface outstandingly ripped rotten and want some sort of retribution. She be on housing benefits. Any concept ?

If she be on housing benefits afterwards you enjoy get her have they should own be paying you.Obviously they be not so she must hold be getting the money.I would contact the DHSS.

just put it down to experience you will not grasp any money and it will to attempt to trace her will also cost. this why populace use lettting agents so they dont suffer here route. digest and cut and run, forget it.
