I am in chpt. 13, can I convert to chapter 7, I live in Michigan?
I enjoy be surrounded by chpt. 13 for 2yrs, I added my house to prevent foreclosure, immediately I can't generate my payments, lost my opportunity and want to convert over to chpt. 7 ,and merely agree to the house jump to forclosure.

i don't own an answer for you, but my house is also surrounded by foreclosure, contained by Michigan. you could try approval legalized services. their on north saginaw in flint. conceivably they can relief. and to the human being that asked, why can't the one asking the interview achieve another work? this is Michigan, in attendance are no job. and if nearby are the employer merely want certified this or qualified that. i've be looking for a year presently.
