Does a tenant own a responsibility to hold up a lease?

I enjoy signed and remunerated a deposit for a place I planned on moving to this month, the current tennant provided the owner next to a dispatch of intent to move by the 15th. The owner very soon say they cant go and get ahold of the tennant. What whereabouts can the owner whip to take the renter out? can they hold their stuff out and put it surrounded by storage? what can I do?

Answers:
The owner can serve the tenant near a mind of eviction, but that usually take 30-90 days to enact. You can ask the property owner for your deposit stern and try to find another place.
Have you in actuality signed the lease however? If so, read through it, it should articulate something going on for what happen if the hotelier fail to deliver (meaning they don't provide the apartment that be promised upon signing the lease). Technically yes, the innkeeper can post an intent to enter on the current tenant's door and grant 24 hours observe to enter to see if the apartment is vacate. Just because the proprietor have be unqualified to carry a hold of the current tenant doesn't be going to they won't be moved out by the 15th. But if the key are not turned contained by by the cease of the afternoon Wednesday, later the hotelier should bequeath 24 hours concentration beforehand he enter to see if it is useless. I work for an apartment community and anytime we cannot take a hold of someone, we post the intent to enter and believe me, they phone up us right away if they are still nearby. Hope this help.
unfortunately, the owner shouldn't own promised you the apt. if he still have a tenant living near. even if the lease for his tenant is up, he can't officially see him out because he have someone modern to live nearby. If the tenant doesn't want to leave your job (whether he pays rent or not) the hotelier will requirement to start the eviction process.

you will any hold to hang down on until the tenant is gone. or find a different place to live
Sounds caring of shaddy. Why would the owner transmit you around their problem? It isn't your problem you be already guaranteed a place to live. If the business falls through you capture your money put a bet on. They be to be out on the 15th that leaves 2 weeks to turn the place and be paid it organized for you, thats not completely long, deffinately fishy.
Sucks...but if the prior tenant refuse to move off after the manager have to step through the lengthily process of eviction. Not the landlords responsibility, however he should any compensate you for the lurk or allow you out of the lease to per sue other properties.
