4. Zoning - is it zoned agricultural, residential, or commercial. Can it be rezoned efficiently.
5. Utilities - what utilities are currently available to the property. Would you inevitability a economically or septic system. Would you hold the expense of running electric and gas lines to the property. If so, what size building would the property know how to sustain should you inevitability a septic system.
