Does anyone in Greensboro enjoy an extra room for rent?

I entail a place to live hard by UNCG for smaller number than 400 a month including utilities. Either rent by the week, or month. I can pay cheque first months plus some within credit. Preferably no deposit deposit, but will repay one if needed. Preferably in walking/bike riding/ skateboarding distance to arts school, so I dont hold to reward the OUTRAGEOUS parking charge. I would even stay contained by a really cheap (but decent) hotel if the price be virtuous. Internet or cable is not a necessity. I am gay friendly, christian friendly, and pretty much achieve along near anyone. Help!

Well try Sherwood Forest stale of Chapman St., the Oaks or Collegiate Courtyard which are both on Spring Garden right subsequent to respectively other. These are not that expensive but i particularly know that its preferable for UNCG students.
