My mortgage have be sold to CitiMortgage, along next to primarily adjectives of ABN Amro's mortgage business.
I hold have mortgages beside ABN Amro for times past decade, I like their service, and they never sold my mortgage.
My interrogate is, I know that respectively lender discloses the percentage of mortgages they anticipate selling (ABN Amro sold 0-25% on average). What percentage does CitiMortgage run?
Do they generally preserve mortgages or put on the market them?

Answers:
CitiMortgage, similar to Country Wide disclose 0% - 25% turnover. Here's the kicker. If they market your loan you will probably not even know as both Citi and CWBC are two of the biggest "Servicers" contained by the country. 99.99% of the time the loan is sold they will verbs to be the servicer.
PS. I enjoy CWBC as my 1st and Citi as my 2nd.
Don't know how abundant they go but they bought mine after I have it for smaller amount next a year. That be five years ago and they still enjoy it.
