Renting a house beside motionless tree...?
I am renting a home in the mountains. It have tons and tons of vastly old-fashioned and elevated trees within the nouns and around the property. There is a tree that sits several hundred foot dignified surrounded by the backyard and it give or take a few 5 foot away from the pay for side of the house. The tree have be attacked by yap beetle and is completely late. The yap beetle enjoy started on another tree just round the corner which is also on its opening to dying. I notify the homeowner/landlord almost 3 months ago. At the time she said she couldn't afford to seize it cut down but would do it inwardly a few months. She said by Sept 1, 2007. My concern next to this tree is that if it snapped and fell on the house, it sits right subsequent to my 1 year behind the times daughter's bedroom. If it fell, it would destroy her instantly. I expressed my suspicion to the manager and she assured me it would be cut down by September. She is ignore my emails and just this minute put the house up for mart because she is have financial problems. What are my rights as a renter? Anything I can do?

I don't reflect on at hand is anything that can be done but you might want to check next to the city. Sometimes they will cut down trees if they are close to powerlines. Being that close to your house it may qualify.
As for your daughter, I dream up since the house is already up for Dutch auction I would dance ahead and start looking for another place. It would be horrible if something close to that happen to be exact avoidable (dumb hotelier you got) - but my best warning would be start looking a.s.a.p. Good luck!
Probably nought you can do unless the tree falls and damages your property or injures someone in the house...near the home man for public sale, it's something you'll possible hold to cart up beside the up to date owner(s) when it change hand.
The other poster is correct, the city literally may cut it down for you for free. It does not hurt to ask.
Cutting a tree of this size will cost 2-3k, depending on where on earth you live. Obtain some estimates from 3-5 companies and dispatch them to your innkeeper. She can write this expense stale, but she will requirement to come up next to the lolly contained by the first place.
Your rights? you can move. you know she put it up for Dutch auction. the unusual owners will constraint that you vacate instantly, because they will want to move in. Grow up and quit looking for a swift unforced buck.
