How to stop midstream lease beside one side termination clause in India?

I am a landlady and hold given my space on lease to a multinational.for 10 years. 2 years hold since passed. Unfortunately, at the time of signing the lease agreement, I did not distinguish that the termination clause be one sided (i.e. singular lessee can cancel on 2 months notice). Is at hand anyway I can abandon it by declare the one sided clause private? I want the space backbone immediately. Or am I stuck for ten years? :(
