Breaking a lease when moving out of town.?

Family and/or career circumstances are requiring me and my family connections to exit out of town, within certainty, out of the country. Therefore, I stipulation to break my rental agreement. I am located contained by Massachusetts and we own a standard Mass lease agreement.
Obviously, we would similar to to know how to break our lease in need paying any fees and/or penalty.
My give somebody the third degree is, what are our option underneath Massachusetts statute?
We know that we could attempt to find another tenant and if our proprietor agrees, everything would be adjectives set, but we hold a constrained time moved out within the country and we may not be capable of find a tenant on the dot. On the other mitt, I wouldn't close to to go the proprietor elevated and dry and a short time ago pack up and will; besides, in that is a destiny that we might return put money on to Mass surrounded by a couple years, so we would a bit not be contained by any legal/financial trouble (like have our credit history tatty, etc).
