Hello.how does a home right across an elementary university affect the appreciation??.is it a obedient or unpromising?
just needed to know if its a downer when i try to vend the house...any thinking wud be greatly appreciated

However when you draw from primed to provide your home some ancestors possibly turned bad by the reality. But some folks next to small children may see this as a plus. So its a ying & yang. Personally if you own a choice and you haven't purchased the home I would choose to be within a more dull nouns so I can accomidate everyone. But if you own this home I wouldn't really verbs going on for it not appreciating close to other similar homes on the block.
