i not long recieved a note from the housing commission that my hotelier wont be preticipating in hud house after 27 years in the program presently he is offering us a program call partition 8 voucher.. does anyone know what this is ?i hold a lease that say my rent is to be a cetain amount till june 2008 will this adapt it adjectives of by lease does it hold to remain what it is till june2008?

It is a program that assists low income family by allowing them to repay lone 30% of their income towards rent. The voucher pays the supplementary rent to the owner. The tenant signs his lease next to the owner and the owner signs a contract near the housing authority for the housing assistance clearing.
