Exchange of Contract?
Are you supposed to receive a perceive missive from your solicitor which states the date of exchange? My solicitor sent me an email and announced the exchange is to rob place tomorrow although I never received a formal epistle which states the conditions/terms of Completion information. Is that a standard practice or should I touch alarmed?

Your solicitor would hold sent you a contract which you signed and returned. If you return the contract signed to your solicitors, they generally good opinion this as your authorisation to proceed.
Some solicitors may phone you to build sure you're still alive etc. in the past exchanging contracts, and also to see if you enjoy any nouns for a completion date.
i moved in Jan. we never have any formal correspondence from sols, we freshly communicated via phone.
