We enjoy an proposition i.e. possible, but our attorney is away this week to consult- The prospective buyer have asked us not to show the house to anyone and hold a greeting contract very soon and he requests to walk contained by the house and start drawing plans to expand the home but he have unobserved our request to be paid a deposit on the house- I do not reflect it is appropriate to agree to him do this lacking anything signed. And I do not regard that the house showing should be stopped for a 1000.,00 deposit- Our atty said he should put up 10 percent. Any thinking on this operate? Thanks
