Are homes in the Nazareth, PA nouns overvalued?

Look at what other houses are selling for (an agent can offer you a roll of comparable sold properties). Look for a rental or unlived in house (tall grass is a big clue). The untenanted house shows motivation, zilch make a peddler more movable than a second house expenditure.
