Fema Assistance Question?

I live in Aberdeen SD and we just now have a flood and Fema help out our community. Well basically just now my sister found out she have hose mar surrounded by her walls. She lives within a trailer home. Well she did not catch sight of any problems until immediately and it is historic the date that Fema ably help out. She have not checked into anything so I be wondering if anyone know if their is anything she can do? She does not hold seriously sour $. She is a single mother of two. Do you know if Fema can still sustain are if their is any other assistance for her? Thanks for your time next to this concern. Aberdeen and surrounding towns is remarkably lucky to hold such wonderful associates to backing our community after the flood.
