How are tenant rights protected when house is foreclosed on within Texas?
I hold a lease and I hold remunerated the rent until the expiration of August. A broker come by today and said the house be foreclosed on and I hold 3 days to move out (I assume the broker bought it). I cannot achieve the hotelier. What are my rights as a tenant contained by Texas when the house have be foreclosed on? Thanks
