Does anyone know around a elderly cheap house for public sale near acres?

Answers:
I used to live looking at foreclosure websites. Search it on Yahoo. Many of the sites are free. There are houses everywhere, and some of them own acreage. Also, your local realitor would know.

The sheep farm states enjoy seriously of those as farmers own be going out of business to corporate farmers. Iowa, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, etc... I live in South Dakota, and you can find a house VERY cheap - $10,000-$20,000!

Whenever I checked listings for houses in Vermont, they be completely expensive -- contained by the millions of dollars. New Hampshire have one or two cheap listings in the northeast corner of the state, but that be it.
Lefor North Dakota.$24,000...catch 2 acres..
where areas are you looking to move or purchase
draw a column from the three largest cities.
find the center where on earth in that is unbelievably little population.

be in motion to the websites of realestate brokers and the county sheriffs forclosures surrounded by the target county.

SEROIoUS bargain out at hand.
Vermont have seriously of those.
Detroit properties are dirt cheap... LOL.
You might want to have another look at, "old" and "cheap" might represent problems getting financing, or if it pass the "appraisers" review later you might want to consider the infinite number of possible repairs you would be promising to experience & how costly that could be for you. Even renting an "old" & "cheap" could be menacing to you & your own flesh and blood if properly checked for head paint or mold. Just food for thought!
Where do you want to be? In North Fort Myers, Florida in that are soundless some properties discussion your criteria
