If I cosigned for a house and they transmute the lock is that legalized and if they carry me out do I obtain anything?

My parents bought a house and they needed a co-signer so I co signed for them and now we are aggression and they changed the lock of the house so I dont go surrounded by and I wanna know if they can do that and what happens if they achieve me out of the papers am i suppost to get something


Answers:    First article there is no such article as a co-signer on a Mtg. If you signed then you are a co-borrower and co-owner of the house. They can not appropriate you off the loan in need doing a Refi into their own names near their own credit.
Ideally you would want to work with your parents and resolve anything issue you have beside them. Technically they could buy you out - they can't just pilfer your name stale of the house without you signing papers allowing it to take place. Whether or not you want to go that route next to your parents is another thing.
