When selling a rehab house, is it best to sell it through an LLC?

The residence in the neighborhood would speak no. An LLC will do a lousy rehab career and may rob too long to do the rehab, etc. If you want to find one that is to say reputable, ask the neighborhood's Community Association or other community service.
Or conceivably I misunderstand - is this house already rehabbed? If that is to say the bag, why step through an LLC? Use a realtor who know the nouns.
Only if you did a shoddy charge on the rehab. Are you expecting to draw from sued for doing a bleak chore? Then possibly an LLC might protect you.
What do you connote by a "rehab" house? A house that have bee rehabilitated or a home for relatives that are within the process of rehabilitating themselves. Also what purpose do you feel will be served by selling through an LLC. In most cases I would construe that you could accomplish alike item cheaper near liability insurance.
You may own more import tax advantages if you use an LLC and smaller quantity of a liability risk, I would cousult your tariff advisor.. It is tough to buy a residential home beside an LLC, unless you are using tricky money.
