Relocating to Phoenix, what areas are upright to live contained by, and where on earth should I avoid?
I'm going to be moving to the Phoenix nouns next this year and be wondering what areas are perfect to live within, and where on earth should I avoid (crime, etc.). I'm hoping not to jump much greater than 650/mo rent for a 1 bedroom apartment.

When I lived surrounded by Phoenix, which be more or less 12 years ago, the better areas be Scottsdale, N.E. Phoenix around Paradise Valley Mall, Ahwatukee, and Tempe. The areas to avoid be Phoenix west of I-17, and Phoenix south of the Salt River.
Since after, the suburbs enjoy grown dramatically. You can probably find okay apartments surrounded by Chandler and Gilbert, but commuting to Phoenix from those areas is a take on.
I would suggest making a separate trip in the past you move, and scout it out.
Tempe is where on earth you want to be..
when we moved away from Phoenix in 2003, $650 a month rent wasn't much in the way of a one bedroom apartment.
I can't predict rents hold gone down since and the tale I've hear something like price increases in houses a bit suggest rents own gone up.
Do such places exist? sure. I'm afraid they'll adjectives be any student housing or low income though, both of which are not prearranged for one low crime areas.

As you'd guess, you'll achieve the best deal on the far fringes of the developed nouns. Which kinda suggests that you'll want to choose an nouns close by the transportation artery [freeway] i.e. convenient to where on earth you'll be working.
You may forget the Sun City and similarly name areas unless someone contained by your home is over 55 and not a soul is below 18. Those cities are entirely age restricted housing.
